Setting up your Captable is a simple two-step process - creating a new round and assigning the shareholders.

New Funding Round
​To visualize your new investment round, you simply click on New Round and populate the round information.

Adding Shareholder

Once a round has been created, you can add in your Shareholders and any special Share Classes.

The Captable rounds will appear in order of closing date with the latest round being first.
