How to format the Date in Google Sheets or Excel for the KPIs Import

It is very simple, the date should always follow this format: DD.MM.YYYY

Please note that the dates need to be Sequential and that hidden rows are also imported.

In addition you need to always select the same day every month on the sheet when adding your KPIs. For example, if selected 01.01.2022 for your first KPIs as you started in January then from then on you always need to use the first day of the month the following months such as 01.02.2022 01.03.2022 etc... you cannot for example use 01.02.2022 and 02.03.2022 the import will then not work.

If you prefer to use end of month dates, then we recommend using the 28th (because of Feb). Same as before you will be then using 28.01.2022 28.02.2022 28.03.2022 etc...
